Betline regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are only valid once confirmed. Unconfirmed bets may be voided due to technical issues.
• Odds Changes: Betline reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Cricket Special Rules: Results in rain-affected matches will be determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change rapidly. Betline is not responsible for bets voided due to internet latency or connection delays.
• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum winnings per single bet: ৳10,00,000. Maximum for accumulators: ৳50,00,000.

The minimum bet on Betline is ৳20, and the maximum for a single bet is ৳1,00,000. Limits may differ for Live Betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betline. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

Betline reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any reason. Users may also close their own account at their discretion.

• Self-exclusion: You can request account closure by contacting support. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Closed by Betline: Betline may close an account in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
• Inactive Accounts: An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months.
